Kozma Kumani is the Director of Investor Relations in the Real Estate Group at Manhattan West where he oversees all aspects of capital-raising, investor partnership structing and co-investment activities on behalf of the Real Estate team.

Prior to Manhattan West, Mr. Kumani held a similar role at the real estate firm of Lloyd Jones in Miami, Florida. Mr Kumani served as the Vice President of Capital Markets where he focused on raising capital from a global clientele of institutional investors whose primary investment criteria was centered on multifamily and senior housing real estate transactions.

Mr. Kumani received a Bachelor of Science Degree from the W.P Carey School of Business at Arizona State University where he majored in Business Economics. He also earned a Minor in Finance. Born in Miami and raised in Venezuela, Mr. Kumani is fluent in Spanish, Albanian and Italian. In his free time, he enjoys an active lifestyle playing Tennis and Soccer in addition to traveling the world.
